This big fish does not move in a school; it rather acts alone. The silvery body has pink bottom and dark blue spots on top. It is extremely rare and it is as delicious as it is rare, which gave it a nickname "Emperor Fish." Fishers usually eat this fish on spot as soon as they catch it, therefore it is difficult to find this fish in the market.
